Overview
Welcome to Waycode. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
Waycode is a platform that allows users to:
- Share projects, datasets, and work
- Participate in discussions and study rooms
- Build a public developer profile
- Earn recognition based on contributions

Accounts
- You are responsible for your account and activity
- You must provide accurate information
- We may suspend or terminate accounts violating rules

User Conduct & Content Policy
You agree NOT to post content that is:
- Misleading or false
- Clickbait or artificially engaging
- Spam or low-quality content
- Harmful to users or the platform
Enforcement Actions
We may take actions including:
- Setting content to draft
- Reducing visibility
- Temporary feature restrictions
- Account suspension
- Permanent ban (in severe or repeated violations)
Important: These rules apply to ALL users, including Mentor Plan subscribers or any high-privilege accounts. Subscription status does NOT grant immunity from enforcement.

Mentor Plan (Paid Subscription)
Waycode offers a paid subscription called the Mentor Plan, priced at $7/month.
Features include (but are not limited to):
- Increased control and visibility in discussions
- Enhanced permissions in study rooms
- 1.5x earning multiplier on platform rewards
- Approximately 20% increased algorithmic support and visibility
- Greater flexibility and limits in Vault features
Features may evolve over time.

Billing & Auto-Renewal
- Mentor Plan is billed on a monthly basis
- Payment is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
- Subscription automatically renews every month unless canceled

Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time
- Cancellation stops future billing only
Important:
- Your Mentor Plan benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
- After the cycle ends, your account will revert to the free plan

No Downgrade Option
As only one paid plan exists, canceling the subscription is considered a downgrade to the free plan.

Refund Policy
- Payments are generally non-refundable
- Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases at our discretion
Strict Clause: If a user is suspended, restricted, or banned due to violation of platform rules, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Fair Usage & Abuse Prevention
We reserve the right to:
- Limit features if abused
- Adjust algorithmic benefits
- Remove unfair advantages gained through manipulation

Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of your content
- By posting, you grant Waycode a license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform

Platform Integrity
We may:
- Modify, limit, or remove features at any time
- Adjust ranking, visibility, or algorithm systems
- Take action to maintain platform quality

Availability
Waycode is provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuous uptime or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Loss of data
- User disputes
- Misuse of content by others

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.
